We accept all forms of insurance

While we accept most insurance plans, it is always best that you consult with your insurance carrier to confirm that your sessions will be covered and that we are credentialed within your network.  Please feel free to ask the questions that you might have.

Payments:

Most of our insurance plans require that we pay a copay for our services. Please come to your sessions prepared to pay your copay. This can be done by cash, credit card, or an HSA plan.

Cancellation Policy:

It is requested that you kindly provide a 24-hour notice of cancellation. Otherwise, a $125 fee will be charged for the no show or very late cancellation for your session.
